Enable passing parameters via URL to the iFrame/booking website

The maximum number of employees per client in the agency model
Agencies now have the option to limit the number of employees assigned to each client, making team management easier and more precise.

Recurring SMS credits
Recurring SMS credits make sure your business never runs out of notifications at the worst possible moment. Instead of manually topping up credits and risking interruptions, you can choose a recurring SMS package that automatically renews each month.
This means reminders, confirmations, and notifications continue going out without disruption, even during peak booking periods.

Duplicate client option for the agency model

We improved payment integrations for smoother transactions:
- Stripe improvements and new payment options, such as Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Revolut, Amazon Pay, iDEAL, Alipay, and many more!
- New currencies for Mollie, making global payments simpler.

Expanded developer & agency tools
Our APIs and webhooks got stronger and more flexible:
- New agency API endpoints for managing features, client login, and more
- New Trafft API endpoints: list customers, get employee info, list appointments, get location/service info, create/delete appointments, and more
- New data in Webhooks: now include customer and service IDs for better automation

Embedded forms & UI improvements
We made embedding and interacting with Trafft forms easier by introducing a grid view for embedded forms, which gives a more visual and intuitive display

Trafft at Seamless Middle East
This year, we brought Trafft to Seamless Middle East in Dubai, and what an experience it was.
We introduced our product to founders, agencies, fintech leaders, and innovators shaping the future of payments and digital commerce.
Our CEO also took the stage to present Trafft, sharing our vision for smarter booking automation and how service businesses can scale without adding operational chaos.

The conversations didn’t stop at the booth. We talked growth strategies, customer journeys, automation, global payments and left with fresh ideas and a broader perspective on where Trafft can go next.
