How does barbershop scheduling software reduce no-shows?
Two mechanisms: deposits and reminders. A deposit taken at booking (Professional plan and up) gives the client a reason to show up or cancel in time; automatic email, SMS or WhatsApp reminders, for example 24 hours and 2 hours before the cut, remove the “I forgot”. You can also set a minimum notice for cancelling and block repeat no-shows.
Can each barber manage their own schedule?
Yes. From the Growth plan each barber gets a login and sees only their own appointments in the calendar and mobile app, and can connect their own Google or Outlook calendar. On Professional and up, custom roles let you decide what else they can manage, while the owner keeps the shop-wide calendar, reports and settings.
